  It was my first time purchasing from Tiffany & Co. so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I originally went in to view a few pieces I had seen online. I was greeted immediately and introduced to Diana. Diana was extremely attentive and patient, showing me each piece I requested. She listened to what I was looking for and recommended a perfect piece that I ended up purchasing. She was very knowledgeable in the pieces as well as available customizations and servicing options. My overall experience from start to finish was incredible and met the expectations for luxury shopping. I highly recommend Diana for your Tiffany & Co. experience.

  Once a year I take my jewelry in to be cleaned to my surprise they are now charging $25 per item. Through the years all the money I spent, it’s very disappointing! The sales rep was very professional, but embarrassed to tell me. I will never spend another dime in that place again!

  Hayden was incredible to work with! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he made the entire ring selection process feel easy and enjoyable. He took the time to walk me through different options, explain the details, and answer every question without ever making the experience feel rushed. You can tell he truly knows his craft, and his guidance made a big difference in helping me find the perfect ring. The whole experience was seamless and honestly exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t recommend Hayden more!
