I had a very disappointing experience at Tiffany & Co. when trying to pick up a ring my husband purchased for me as a Mother’s Day gift. I came fully prepared with the receipt, my husband’s credit card, his ID, and my own ID—yet the sales associate still refused to release the item.
Instead, she told me she needed to “ask her manager,” and when she returned, I was told that I would need to call my husband to confirm the purchase. This was extremely frustrating and unnecessary given the amount of valid documentation I had already provided.
The way the situation was handled felt disrespectful and humiliating. I was made to feel as though I was not trusted, despite presenting multiple forms of identification. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service from a brand like Tiffany & Co.
Overall, this experience left a very negative impression, and I hope the store improves how they treat customers in similar situations.

I wish I could leave no stars on this review. I purchased champagne glasses for my brother and his fiancé and unfortunately they canceled the wedding. I called to see if the store would allow a return or even a store credit, they refused, there wasn't even a breath where they said well let me look, they said no that will not happen since it was past the 30 days. The glasses were not even unwrapped, still brand new in the box.
My family is already devastated with this news of a canceled wedding and Tiffany made it that much more difficult. I will never be purchasing something from what they call a "High End Retailer" again. Half my family has already returned dresses, suits, gifts and each of those companies has accepted the return even past the return date. I am very disappointed at the level of customer service and compassion this store has.

Horrible experience. The worst customer service. I was told I cannot return a purchase within 2 days of receipt. They are condescending and ill mannered. A reputable company should not cause all this aggravation and stress.
