  I typically shop via an SA, but finally met her in person! If your ever shop at this location definitely ask for Nicole. Great to work with and an overall great experience. Not to mention they had some good deals on shoes!

  During my visit, I observed a noticeable difference in how customers were treated. Black customers were greeted warmly and assisted promptly, while I, as an Asian customer, was completely ignored despite waiting nearby for assistance. Being overlooked while others received attentive service made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Equal and consistent treatment should be standard for all customers, especially at a luxury brand.
