The staff was great, better than the old staff. Very helpful
am a regular customer of Armani Exchange, but my visit today was extremely disappointing.
We came to the store with our 3-year-old child. While my husband was choosing clothes, our child was calmly playing nearby under our supervision and was not disturbing anyone.
One of the employees — a tall man wearing glasses — spoke to my child in a very rude manner. What is even more unacceptable is that he showed his middle finger to a three-year-old girl.
When my husband approached him to understand what the issue was, instead of explaining the situation professionally, the employee started arguing with him. After that, he mocked my husband together with a female colleague.
To make matters worse, another man who was standing at the entrance (apparently a security guard) forced us to leave the store while also making offensive gestures, including showing his middle finger.
I want to emphasize that my child was under our supervision and did nothing inappropriate. Even if there had been any concerns, employees are expected to act professionally and respectfully — especially when dealing with a small child.
I am extremely disappointed with this level of service and treatment. I intend to pursue this matter further and will continue to leave reviews on multiple platforms until this situation is properly addressed.
This store was so cold it was such an uncomfortable experience. I was with my young children and they started sneezing from how cold the store was. This is unacceptable in this weather it’s freezing outside and it’s freezing inside this store. You all need to get it together it’s winter time there should be heat provided for customer comfort.

I was in that store and I'm never going back. The staff is rude to customers, racist, and very inattentive. My husband doesn't understand English, and the cashier was rude to him and to me. When I complained to the supposed manager, she said the cashier was also a manager. In my opinion, they should close that store because we're not there to beg for handouts, but to shop.
Very uncomfortable shopping experience.
I went into Armani Exchange expecting to browse and shop like any normal customer, but the experience was extremely off-putting. There were two female employees in particular who seemed visibly annoyed the entire time we were there. Simply unfolding a folded shirt or sweatshirt to see how it looked felt like a problem.
When I unfolded a sweatshirt to view it, one of the employees immediately came over asking if I needed a size and then grabbed the entire stack underneath, not just the item I touched. Even after I said I didn’t want the sweatshirt, she still appeared irritated…more upset that I had unfolded it than anything else.
I understand retail can be stressful, but that does not excuse making customers feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. Anyone working in retail knows that browsing and unfolding items comes with the job. Unfortunately, this experience made me not want to continue shopping there at all.
