  I was very disappointed with my experience at this jewelry store the customer service felt rushed and inattentive, especially considering the price point of the pieces I had questions about the craftsmanship and sourcing, but didn’t receive clear or confident answers. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel like a luxury experience and I expected much more. I rarely leave reviews but this experience was frustrating. I came in excited to find a special piece but instead felt ignored. Yuqi, The sales associate provided a frustratingly poor experience, showing little product knowledge, lack of attention, and an overall dismissive attitude.

  Uncomfortable experience at this location. We came in to shop for wedding bands the past Saturday. When I showed your associate my engagement ring to find a match (per her request), she kept pushing to know where it was from, eventually asking, "i mean, WHAT BRAND?" VCA team, do I need to pass a brand name background check to shop at your store? After all the personal interviewing questions, the worst part? We didn’t see a single physical wedding band or a picture of one the entire time, even though she kept "checking" the catalog. VCA, you can do much better on staff training. Rather than spending time screening customer's status, try providing some basic service. I’d recommend avoiding this store, there are better jewelry shops with professional service in the same mall.

  I would like to commend Lorena for the exceptional service she provided during my recent visit to Van Cleef & Arpels. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, accommodating, and highly efficient. Lorena went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing the Black Onyx Sweet Alhambra earrings, which were sold out online, making the experience feel both seamless and special. The boutique itself is absolutely beautiful and truly stunning, which made the visit even more memorable. Thank you to Lorena and the entire team for such a wonderful luxury experience.
