  I had such a beautiful experience at Van Cleef & Arpels thanks to Nancy. From the moment we walked in, she treated my mom and me with so much kindness, warmth, and professionalism. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and took her time helping us with patience and care, never making us feel rushed. Nancy was incredibly sweet and attentive throughout the entire visit. What touched us the most was how thoughtful she was with my mom — she even gave her a lovely flower, which made the experience feel so personal and special. That small gesture meant a lot and truly showed how much she cares about her clients. The boutique itself was elegant and beautiful, but Nancy’s exceptional service made the experience unforgettable. She was knowledgeable, professional, and had such a warm energy that made us feel comfortable the entire time. Luxury shopping can sometimes feel intimidating, but she made it feel welcoming and memorable instead. Thank you, Nancy, for making our visit so meaningful and special. We left with such happy memories and cannot wait to come back again. Truly one of the sweetest and most professional experiences we’ve ever had.

  Had a virtual experience with Asma, she helped me secure a hard to find bracelet and shipped to me asap. She is also currently helping me with resizing a pendant. Very recommended, service A++

  I had such a great experience thanks to Asma. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcomed, not just like another customer. I told her I was looking for a push present for my wife, and she immediately got excited for me, which made the whole experience feel even more special. She took her time showing me different options and really paid attention to what I was saying. When she brought out the carnelian earrings, I instantly knew those were the ones—my wife has a matching bracelet, so it was perfect. That attention to detail meant a lot. What really stood out though was that she also helped me pick out earrings for my daughter. She showed me some really cute options, and it just made the whole moment feel bigger than just a purchase. Overall, Asma made this a memorable experience. You can tell she genuinely cares and enjoys what she does. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her.

  Id Like to Share My experience With VCA LV Bellagio. My 1st piece I got A year A go Onyx Bracelet. Everything Was done transaction Online and Alberto - is the Absolute Stellar In Customer Service. He made everything so smooth and guided me thru it until My Bracelet arrived. 2nd piece I got I Texted Alberto again, This time i flew In to pick it up after 5 weeks as this bracelet is sold out in All US Stores. Alberto Again Made This transaction Very Efficient, smooth although when i went to the store physically Alberto Was Off but he made sure everything is in Order when I Arrived. JASON helped me as soon As I got to tha store. Thank You Very professional, very kind and the best experience shopping in Luxury brand.
