  I had a wonderful experience at Valentino Boutique in Las Vegas. A special thank you to Daniela, who helped me during my visit. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive while helping me choose the perfect pair of shoes. Thanks to her, I found a pair that is not only elegant but also very comfortable. Her sense of style and genuine care made the whole experience truly enjoyable. I’m very grateful for her help and excellent service. I can’t wait to come back again!

  Valentino online customer service is a joke and very disappointing. I was loosing faith in the brand till Joyce from Valentino in Las Vegas was able to help me get my bag fixed in 24 hours. Valentino is lucky to have a store leader like Joyce.
