  I want to give 4 but I’m just giving 3 stars for this cause I was just disappointed. At first I purchased a women’s wallet. Then came back the next day to get a man’s wallet for the hubby and a set of jewelry that includes a ring, an earring and a bangle. That day I came back, they were supposed to open at 11, I had to wait for about half an hour before they let me in. They were late and then their system was down too so it was not a plesant experience for me. Though I have to give credit to Joanna coz she’s very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable about their products. The man’s wallet was not available in the store itself so Joanna had to order from another store. It’s been 2 weeks now and I have not received it yet. Not even an email in regards to the status update on my order.

  Horrible staff, especially “Sam”; literally the most unprofessional and overall disgusting “boutique” I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
