I came and didnt find a bag i loved, but found a mens wallet i thought looked decent. Camryn helped me and she was super sweet and helpful, she showed me some really stylish and fun bags. The price was more than what i wanted to spend. But they have even more selection. Ask Camryn, shes super awesome.
I found another mens wallet from another store i liked more, so i went back to exchange the original wallet i got here. I told Camryn about the exchange and she said she wouldn't be here the next day but someone could help me. The lady who helped me do the exchange was very off putting and i felt a negative vibe from her like she didnt want to help me. I told her i was exchanging, and she didnt say anything else but, "do you have a receipt?" It was just cold and seemed like she was condescending. I didn't get her name, she seemed a bit stuck up...they didn't have a box that fit for the wallet I decided on and so she just placed it inside the paper shopping bag without any sort of protection.
Another lady at the cashier next to her went ahead and put it in a cloth bag that was somewhat decent sized to protect the leather. So I'm thankful for that. The name on the receipt says Chantel P, I don't know if this was the rude one or the nice cashier lady. But either way...inconsistencies in service and hospitality. I work in the customer service industry and I can definitely tell when someone's being a total B or when someone's genuinely helpful to clients...
Anyways, besides the negative nancy, Go see Camryn, she's sweet and super helpful to show you their bags! I love the green wallet I got.
