  Wow I walk in and there’s 4 salespeople there looking at us and none of them said “Hi”.. Never felt so unwelcome like this ever! Is it because I’m Asian?? So disappointed at their customer service.

  Sept 2023 Hung out here for about an hour! Had a great time hanging out with Chris (deserves a promotion)! Service was fantastic and I left with a purchase from my rep back at home based on his recommendations! Keep it up! --- August 2024 Reconnected with Chris! I only buy through him now. Updating this since it seems a lot refer tl these reviews. Things are still consistent at this location. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. Must visit each trip!

  We stayed a few days at the Wynn for the basketball summer league. I was also looking to buy a cross body bag. Visited this Celine store at the Wynn on Monday the 10th of July 2023 around 3pm. I approached the bag that I might want to buy, picked it up and wanted to look inside, but the sales associate, she was Asian, I don't know her name. She came and took it from me, she opened the bag. I asked if there’s anything similar but a little lighter? She then proceeded and showed me a different bag. As I tried to open the clasp to look inside, again she took it from my hand and said be careful with a raised voice. She was extremely rude, how I'm I supposed to buy a bag when I can’t even operate and inspect what I'm buying? She probably didn't think we could afford to buy a bag from there. She then asked me are they with you? She was referring to my husband and his brother. It was irrelevant ! We got out of there and left. I will never buy anything from this location.

  Chris Foster is hands down one of the best client advisors I have ever had the pleasure of working with! He made the in-store experience for my friend and I a memorable one and was so helpful out of the store as well. He will be my go-to from here on out! Thank you so much Chris!
