This is my third time purchasing from Tiffany & Co., and specifically from this location. I’ve always been incredibly impressed with the quality of their jewelry. As I mentioned to Michael, the ring I already own is about five years old, and I’ve never once brought it in for a cleaning. I’ve even worn it while cleaning the house and using bleach, and it still looks brand new. Tiffany isn’t just timeless—it’s practically indestructible. “Impressed” doesn’t even begin to describe the quality, which is exactly why I continue to come back.
I’ve always had pleasant experiences at this store, but I was exceptionally pleased with the customer service I received from Michael today. I was genuinely surprised to learn he is fairly new, because he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. I came in with a specific ring in mind, but once I tried it on, I didn’t love how it looked in person. Michael then asked if I’d like to try the smaller version—something I didn’t even know existed. I tried it on and liked it, but wasn’t completely sure. Then he showed it to me in rose gold, which looked more like yellow gold to me, but it complemented my skin tone so beautifully that I instantly loved it.
I also wanted to look around the store in case I missed something online, and Michael was extremely patient. He walked the entire store with me, showing me different pieces, taking them out of the cases, and making sure I felt comfortable with each size and style. In the end, I chose the smaller Love Ring. While he boxed everything up, he even took the time to share the story of the designer, which made the experience feel even more special.
Not only am I impressed with Tiffany, but I am also very impressed with Michael. I truly hope he receives the recognition he deserves and continues to grow within Tiffany. This ring is a Christmas gift from my parents, and it means a great deal to me. Thank you so much, Michael! As always, I look forward to returning to Tiffany in Paramus.
