It's hard to believe how inept their service has been. My girlfriend purchased a sterling silver keychain from Tiffany's in New York and asked them to have it engraved. We dropped it off on February 13th to have three letters engraved. They said that Federal Express lost the first one in March and then they were going to expedite another one. It's now May 1st, and we are no closer to getting a simple keychain engraved.

My first time at Tiffany's was great. I was greeted immediately at entrance and was greeted again by Sylvester. The handshake was a nice touch. I was pretty set on what I wanted to buybut came to the store for the in-store experience and to see the item in person before completely deciding on my purchase. Sylvester was kind and warm. Working with him was easy and I'm glad I came to the store for this purchase.

I use to love Tiffany’s but recently purchased jewelry and didn’t even receive it. we are unable to get my money back. Tiffany’s=Robbery. I had to report a dispute.
