    I will never purchase another Tiffany’s piece after the experience at the is location. I brought in my diamond bracelet to get resized that my husband purchased from a different Tiffany’s location for our wedding. This location said they cannot resize it or exchange it for the same value and there is nothing they can do. They said they checked with the team and they cannot resize. We are taking about a bracelet that cost over $5k. I even asked for the manager and he suggested I go to a different jeweler (not a Tiffany’s) to see if they could help me cause they don’t want to change the design of the bracelet (I only needed it slightly bigger). I will never go back again.

    Lucy was a pure delight! She helped me work through getting the chain of a designer necklace resized. Instead of it taking 4-6 weeks, she worked her magic and helped me get it in 10 days. I normally shop online but Lucy has earned my business with Tiffany’s moving forward. I highly recommend visiting this store and working with their great staff.

    I purchased a necklace and earrings for a friend from the Las Vegas store and the necklace broke almost immediately. She has been getting the run around from the locations so I contacted them via email. They sent a generic response that they would get back to me right away and I have heard nothing. I expect better
