I came in to return my bracelet purchase, which was bought with cash. Apparently, buying things with cash is a huge deal now a days and the workers at Tiffany's find that it is a big deal to process the return. I had all my receipts with me, but I was made to feel like I was lying about paying cash for an item and then wanting to return it. I was given only some cash back at the point of return and was told I would receive a check for the remaining amount. The cashier checking me out made a mistake on the check amount, one of the many mistakes she made. It has been over 2 months, and I still have not received the check in the mail. However, Tiffany's has my brand new bracelet. I feel like I lost money, time, and was made to feel badly as a customer.
