  I had an amazing experience at the Van Cleef & Arpels Boston boutique, thanks especially to SA Chanez. She was incredibly welcoming, warm, and pleasant throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for and appreciated. I was greeted with chocolates and tea, which made the experience feel especially thoughtful and luxurious. I absolutely love my purchase and am very satisfied with both the beautiful piece and the wonderful service I received. Chanez made my visit memorable, and I truly appreciate her attention to detail and hospitality. We even ended up speaking to each other in French when I learned she lived in France. :-) I look forward to visiting the boutique again!

  Had a great experience at Van Cleef & Arpels Boston boutique on Newbury Street. When I booked the appointment, I listed several pieces I wanted to see, and Chahinez already knew what I was interested in when I arrived, which was a really nice touch. She showed me the different pieces I'd asked about, including Alhambra, Zodiaque, and Byzantine collection pieces, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She offered drinks when we arrived (the tea was excellent) and showed us the boutique's small heritage area, which was really cool to see. I ended up choosing the Zodiaque Capricorn medal on a trace chain and the Vintage Alhambra 5-motif bracelet in onyx, and we celebrated with champagne once I decided. Chahinez seemed genuinely excited that these were my first VCA purchases and made the whole experience feel special from start to finish. I'd definitely go back to the Boston boutique and work with her again.

  I walked in without an appointment today to browse, but I already knew what I wanted to buy. The hostess advised me to check back in if there was something I wished to get a closer look at. When I was ready, I checked in with her. She told me it might be a minute before an associate was available. No problem! I stood to the side and waited patiently. The first salesperson (Asian woman) came forward stood behind the hostess a few minutes & then walked away. Then the second salesperson (white woman) cane forward and confirmed the other two customers were checked & said nothing to me. A third salesperson (white man) came forward & still no one said anything to me. The security guard watched it all. It was clear they weren’t interested in providing me any level of customer service or me making a purchase. No choice but to assume they’re racist!!

  Sophia is the reason I keep coming back to Van Cleef & Arpels. From our very first interaction, it was clear she genuinely cares about finding the right piece for her client. Her knowledge of the Maison is exceptional as she speaks about the history, craftsmanship, and design philosophy with a passion that makes every visit feel like more than a transaction. After I left Boston and when I came back to visit, she was the only person I wanted to see - and VCA was the only store I wanted to walk into.
