I new what i was going to buy and reserved the item beforehand. The customer service was efficient, and it was not as nice as the other luxury stores in boston. The person who took cared of him, didn't even engage in a conversation or gave any type of recommendations. When I was trying on the shoes he would go to the back. I think this is my first time going into a designer store where there wasn't any type of help or only 1 Client service person outside. I would even say the security guard was way nicer than the sales person. At the end, I decided to purchase the shoes, because I needed them.

Valentino customer service ! I came month ago to buy earrings , I spend more than hours on the road and the customer service women said you don’t buy anything, I say I’ii buy online and she says to me I wasted my time on you ,she was so rude ! She should be fired for rude ! That why this boutique is always empty, there are no terrible customers! That why I didn’t buy anything!!! Bad customer and also bad security guard! They whispered behind my back!
