  If you are thinking of visiting Tiffany store I’d recommend going to the huntington avenue one in the prudential center I went to adjust the length of my tiffany necklace that my bf previously bought here. The young blond staff in the front was very unkind, told me I had to pay for the adjustment (which was not true if you come within the 6 months of purchase and just demanded that 14 inch adjustment should be good enough (I had to call again later and adjust it to 15inch). And when I later cam back to pick it up, the male asian staff was also very unkind. He asked my bf to sign the paper when he was on the phone call which felt rude.

  Janice is amazing! She knows just the right pieces to add to my collection. Every experience at Tiffany has been so much fun because of her professionalism, style, and expertise. Definitely consider rebranding to Tiffany & Janice!

  Absolutely terrible experience. The worst Tiffany that my partner and I went to. I went in to get my ring resized and the staff was so obnoxious and wouldn’t even let me try on a bigger size. We left feeling disheartened and disappointed. My partner then booked an appointment to view another bracelet, only to get there and be rudely notified that they SOLD it to somebody else. No apology whatsoever and blamed him for not putting a deposit on it, when in reality the appointment was set up days in advance. The staff have been consistently unfriendly and rude, definitely won’t be purchasing any Tiffany products or visiting this store soon.
