  First experience in a Tiffany's. The customer service was great the store was absolutly beautiful. I cant remember the name of the lady who helped me but she was lovley. took me right to what i was looking for, incredibly friendly. service was quick, and asked if I had any questions. I will deffinatly be back.

  I Had purchased fork and spoon (with engraving initials on both) from this location for my second daughter and I also got the same set for my first daughter From the Chicago location where customer service was amazing where we also got diamond earrings for her at the time Service on this location on purchase day was great Maria was awesome however on pick up was awful First sales associate Rachel was confused on how much to charge for engraving for both items So without even checking She Charged me $180 for the spoon engraving and ask for my card to charge another $180 for the fork I asked her how much is engraving for one item she seems to have no clue about it exactly but telling me that it’s $ 180 for each item than I told her that doesn’t make sense and I had already got the same set before and was probably around $70-$80 for one is what I had payed before ( per their website says $65 to $85) Than she has audacity to just hand me the spoon and fork as is with box or no bag to carry them Just here you go carry them in my hands which I didn’t even had a bag with me at all so I had to put them in my pocket in my jacket Awful andTerrible service from this lady that has attitude and zero knowledge of any customer service Just awful

  I stopped in today and Rachel C. helped me and she was very pleasant. It was a pleasure to meet and shop around with her. Although I didn't purchase anything I left feeling great. If her saleswomanship is the standard and culture here everyone should be very pleased. Thank you!

  Poor service. We walked around the entire place with no one speaking to us or offering to assist. Made us feel so uncomfortable and honestly so surprised.

  Read the other poor reviews at this location! I can relate to the feeling. Will go to any other Tiffany store other than this Skokie location.
