  I consistently have an exceptional experience at Van Cleef & Arpels thanks to the wonderful staff here, especially Aidan. He has extensive knowledge of the brand, patient, and attentive without ever feeling pushy. He also takes the time to understand exactly what I am looking for and offers thoughtful guidance throughout my visits. The staff at this location genuinely makes me feel appreciated as a client. I would absolutely recommend Van Cleef & Arpels to anyone looking for not only stunning jewelry, but also a truly elevated shopping experience.

  Aidan Banta provided the most exceptional service I have ever experienced in a luxury boutique. His deep knowledge of Van Cleef & Arpels, combined with his sincere kindness and impeccable attention to detail, made my visit unforgettable.   I am always very satisfied with my shopping experience at this location. Every time, Aidan Banta impresses me with his professionalism and exceptional service. A few days ago, I celebrated my birthday, and he truly made the day feel very special. His attention to detail and genuine care for clients make every visit memorable. I highly recommend this place!

  I would say the service was not professional. Customers at other tables received welcome drinks, however we were never offered any water until I asked. When I mentioned that I would like to order the earrings and the necklace, the salesperson named A… seemed uninterested in whether I ordered or not. He appeared to be looking at his email or something else, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I did not ask for much. I was actually planning to place an order of more than $10,000, but there was neither attention nor basic hospitality. At the very least, mutual respect should be expected.

  As someone who doesn’t enjoy luxury shopping, this specific store blew my expectations away. I came in looking for perlee signature bangles, I saw them on a client of mine, then again at a gathering where my cousin had them on. By the second time I see them, it’s usually a sign so I convinced myself I needed to purchase. The store was a little slow on this day, so felt very welcome & in good hands right away with everyone! Aidan initially helped me and he mentioned that family spirit is a key inspiration of the Maison which made me feel like I was now just shopping with someone I trust without added pressure! He was full of knowledge & by the end, I wanted to be his new friend. As someone who recently got into rings, he also let me explore outside of my bangle requests. The store itself has incredible customer service reps, and very kind staff that REALLY know what they’re talking about. Thank you, Aidan & staff!!!!
