  My concierge Jayar was the best! He was super friendly and helpful. He held our purchases until we needed to pick them up and reminded us to pick it up before we left the island. While shopping we were offered champagne and water which was a treat! He treated us like family and not just another sale. To top it off he has the best smile there 😁

  Great location - easy walk from our Waikiki hotel. Pros - straight-up 10% off all products compared to mainline. Plus, sales tax is ~5% vs. ~10% in CA. Fully returnable on mainland within 30d. Cons - limited selection. We bought 3 SLGs at this store. The items we liked had only single items in stock and were the on-floor items which had wear and tear. So, we ended up with our second choices for which they had newer pieces in stock. Sales associates are attentive. We worked with Herbert and Ms. Sato. Herbert went out of his way to get us the beige color wallet from the Ala Moana center location.
