  お店にチャールズさんという方がいらっしゃいました。 彼はハワイのローカルなのですが、日本語がとても堪能で、本当に驚きました。 柔らかな雰囲気を持っていて、私たちに寄り添うようにお話やご提案をしてくださり、 日本の文化にも詳しく、思いやりもあって、お話ししていてとても楽しかったです。 また彼に会いに、お店に行きたいと思いました☺️

  We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Jiao Jiao at Fendi Waikiki. From the moment we walked in, she set the tone with her upbeat personality, attentiveness, and genuine desire to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Jiao Jiao took the time to walk us through a wide range of styles and pieces, patiently answering every question and offering thoughtful insight on how to style and wear each bag. She encouraged my wife to try on multiple options and provided honest, helpful feedback that made the entire experience both enjoyable and personalized. What truly set her apart was her commitment to going above and beyond. After we stepped out for dinner, she welcomed us back into the store, even as it was closing, so we could complete the purchase. Not only that, she stayed nearly an hour past closing to make additional adjustments to ensure the handbag fit and styled exactly the way my wife wanted. At no point did we feel rushed or like an inconvenience. In fact, Jiao Jiao made us feel like valued clients every step of the way. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication were outstanding and honestly, her personality alone made choosing to purchase at Fendi an easy decision. This is luxury service at its absolute best. We will absolutely be back and look forward to working with Jiao Jiao again in the future.

  We went there with my family just to look around, but the staff were really rude. They just glared at us from behind and made us feel unwelcome, so we left. I guess it was because I was wearing a tracksuit. Maybe dress a bit nicer if you plan to shop there! 가족들과 구경하려 갔는데 점원 태도 너무 불친절~ 뒤에서 노려보고만 있고 눈치줘서 나옴. 트레이닝복 입고가서 그랬나봐용 점잖게 차려입고 가서 쇼핑하세요!

  If you go to this wonderful Fendi store do yourself a favor and see Yunie. She is a great SA that is resourceful, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
