  With my wedding and a milestone birthday approaching, I wanted to commemorate this new chapter with a memorable piece of jewelry. Given my tight timeline and the lack of a local Van Cleef boutique, I honestly didn't think it was going to happen. However, the Van Cleef customer service team connected me with Sophia at the Neiman Marcus in Atlanta, and she truly moved mountains for me. My first-choice necklace was sold out nationwide and wasn't expected to arrive in time, so I purchased my second choice. Incredibly, Sophia also placed an order for my original favorite just in case it arrived in time for an exchange. Miraculously it was able to arrive in time and also next day shipped to me. The whole process was so easy and Sophia was the sweetest kindest person to work with. Definitely reaching out for future purchases.

  SA Sophia is 5 stars. Very sweet, honest and helpful. Always a good and fun experience with her. Until they move to Phipps later this year, the store is pretty small, which means you really can’t just walk in to shop around. You need an appointment and what you might be looking for might not be there. Seems like the inventory comes in waves. I’ve been there, where there is not much, and other times have been lucky. If there’s something specifically you are looking for, best to ask ahead of time so you don’t get disappointed. Have been very fortunate with Sophia to get the things I’m looking for whether it’s an order or they happen to get stock in.

  We had an amazing experience at the boutique inside Neiman Marcus. Our sales advisor, Sophia was wonderful! She ordered items for us and advised on our selections. Her customer service was top notch. We highly recommend visiting Sophia for your next VCA purchase!
