  I had a very disappointing experience with Anita. The customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. My concerns were not addressed, and I felt ignored throughout the process. I expected much better communication and respect as a customer. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service.

What truly stood out was the time he took to share the rich history of Tiffany & Co., making our visit feel so much more meaningful than just a shopping trip. His knowledge, passion, and attention to detail were incredible. Riberton was patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience, answering all of our questions and helping us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed.   I am no stranger to luxury shopping and my last few visits at Cartier and Van Cleef have been mediocre. Even the Tiffany store at Lenox is just okay. But I went into the Tiffany at Phipps and was helped by Maryam and she’s a gem! She had truly brought back the luxury shopping experience. It doesn’t matter if you’re browsing, buying something that’s $2k, or spending $10k+ she makes you feel like a princess. She has made me a Tiffany customer for life.
