Bought Tiffany & Co. pearl earrings for my wife about 1 year and 4 months ago. The stud came off one of the earrings, and I was told it’s not covered under warranty.
The store did the right thing and took care of it. Much better service in store than online.

Second time bringing a piece back to get fixed. Poorly made clasps and was made to pay the fee to have the clasp fixed. Rigid customer service. Highly recommend seeking out other jewelers that care about their product.
