  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went into the store to return a bday present I didn’t like. The client advisor fennon ray looked annoyed (they were gonna close in 15 min) he was so rude and unprofessional, instead of returning the money to the credit card he put the money in a gift card (I never asked him to do that) when he gave it to me I was shocked I said no, I don't want this and he said there is nothing I can’t do because I already put the money here. I felt tricked and cornered. It was a substantial amount of money and I wouldn’t spend that amount on myself or use that total amount of the gift card.

  I walked into Tiffany & Co. with no prior knowledge of “what makes diamonds a girl’s best friend”. My advisor Jess has truly shifted my world because of her willingness to guide, inform, and support me. I walked out feeling CONFIDENT and that’s the definition of customer SUCCESS. Not only do I now know what I love but, I also have a vision for what I want. Without Jess, I would still be lost but now, I am looking forward to entering a new world covered in diamonds 💍 Thank you so much! I most definitely request and suggest, Jess.

  An experience of a lifetime! When my husband and I walked into this store, DB and Yen provided the most memorable experience of shopping I have ever had! The level of knowledge concerning the Tiffany setting , and assisting us to find that one perfect ring after 40 years of marriage was outstanding ! My Tiffany dreams really did come true! Thank you so much for this lifelong memory .♥️. DB you knew exactly what would make my heart gasp in pure excitement.
