  Natalie and the entire team at Vacheron are phenomenal. I purchased my first piece from them back in March and it was one of the greatest buying experiences I've had. The brand itself puts out some of the best timepieces in the game... true craftsmanship with unparalleled movements. This specific model, the Historiques 222, is my favorite in my entire collection. I've worn it almost every day since March. Natalie is an extremely warm, sweet woman who checks off all the boxes. She's knowledgeable and sincerely passionate about the brand but also provides a personalized experience that goes way beyond selling. She's already met my whole family and I look forward to growing the relationship with her. 10/10 across the board.

  i am a fairly seasoned watch enthusiast. Of the “holy trinity”, Vacheron Constantin to me is the best of them all! Save me the arrogance of the other brands. Vacheron treats their buyers w true knowledge, humility, and Respect. Most importantly their craftsmanship is second to none, true legitimate horological genius. Props to my consultant in the new Miami boutique, Bettina Uribe, worked at VC for years and highly informed. Great woman , who takes her time w clients and delightful to learn from!

  This boutique is stunning. Karen went above and beyond to make sure I was invited in and answered all my questions. I knew what I had in mind and she was able to make sure my needs were met. I highly recommend this store and the sales associates here, especially Karen.

  I have been working with Natalie for about a year, and she has been amazing on every level. She of course knows VC inside and out, but also has a strong background in high-horology. She works very hard, is true to her word, and is great at staying in touch. Highly recommended.

  First, I would like to say the new Vacheron location is BEAUTIFUL. And 2nd and most importantly.. there a gentleman in there, his name is Lionel Gning- The nicest gentleman you will meet! He took his time and was extremely professional. Let’s say the “other brands” aren’t so lucky with people like this. If you interested please stop by and take a look at the beutiful pieces.
