For some reason, one of the staff members decided to follow us around the store the entire we were there, 5 steps behind us!!! Discriminating against people and making them feel uncomfortable is not the way to make money! I was trying to buy some shoes but felt so uncomfortable I walked out!

The worst. I was there today to buy a new bag with a friend. I was told to wait a bit - I did for 10 minutes and then they let other girls in who looked different. I was wearing head to toe YSL and I’ll attach my picture from that day. Even if I was wearing sports clothes - what kind of service is that?? I felt discriminated and also like your staff is racist and only lets in people like them.

I had such a lovely experience here, all thanks to Rebeca. She was so helpful, patient, welcoming, and friendly. I was going back & forth on a few different handbags and she was offering advice every step of the way. It was her customer service that really “sold me” on my recent purchase. Rebeca made my first Saint Laurent buying experience such a positive one and I could not recommend her enough!
