  I had a wonderful experience at Balenciaga in Bal Harbour! Itamar and the store manager were both incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location!

  I bought a pair of Balenciaga shoes at saks before the pandemic, wore them about 5 x, the metal stud fell off. I took the shoes to balenciaga at Bal Harbor to see if they could locate a stud to replace the one that fell off and got lost. The manager made 0 effort to help me! I own at least 6 bags- will never buy one again! I got the shoes fixed from a shoe repair co. But Balenciaga doesn’t stand by their goods.
