    I was at Dadeland, got there a half hour before closing and all the sakes team at Zara eager to close told me to go online. Such unprofessional rudeness. So instead I went across the hall to Armani Exchange and I was waited on by the most professional salesperson I’ve encountered in years. Gabriela is amazing she was kind thoughtful, patient offered suggestions and gave me solutions. This young lady has the attitude of excellence-the attitude of success. I highly recommend this shop not only for the quality and value of the merchandise but for the extremely successful sales team it has. Gabriela is a true asset!

    Stopped by on Black Friday to buy a new watch and had an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful, and Ozzy helped me choose the watch that suited me best. I’ll definitely be returning as a regular customer.

    The store manager Ozzy, provides exceptionally poor customer service. He treats customers very bad. I gifted my friend something and he was not able to return the gift even though it was purchased and gifted 1 week apart. Ozzy refused to allow me to return the item and instead initiated an exchange. Ozzy further informed me that he was not able to override the exchange because he had already processed an exchange and the item could no longer be returned.

    Ozzy, the store manager, provides exceptionally poor customer service. He treats customers with disdain and arrogance. I visited the store to return an item I purchased two days ago for $140. Today, the item’s value was reduced to $80 due to a discount offered by the store. However, Ozzy refused to allow me to return the item and instead initiated an exchange. This action prevented me from receiving the full $140 and utilizing the current discount being offered by the store. Ozzy further informed me that he was unable to rectify the situation because he had already processed an exchange and the item could no longer be returned. I had both the receipt and the stickers for the item. I did not sign for the exchange either.
