  I bought a B.zero1 men's bracelet from this store in Bal Harbour about 2 years ago. The staff at the store was nice and polite but the product I bought is certainly overpriced with a sub-par clasp mechanism. Only paying special attention allowed me to still have that bracelet. I complained, they took the bracelet back, kept it a couple of months for "repairs" in their NY repair shop. Nothing has been repaired, having the same poorly designed clasp . Today, the bracelet fell again on my car's floor; I was lucky to find it...Extremely disappointing for a brand that-it seems-leaves on past glory. Again, the staff was nice but they work for a company that grossly disrespects customers in facts. By the way, the price of the bracelet went up...Don't burn your money on that piece of..., like I did.

  I recently visited this store for a belated Christmas present, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Dylan, the senior client adviser, greeted us warmly and invited us to sit down while he took care of everything. I was in search of a very specific piece, and Dylan's expertise made all the difference. He not only helped us locate the item but also ensured that our entire shopping experience was seamless and enjoyable. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our visit. Given this top-notch service, I will definitely consider this store for my future purchases. Highly recommended!

  They sold me a brand new watch , it came damage they said they’ll fix it after a month waiting for them to fix the watch I got it back, they didn’t fix it well and again the only answer they give me are apologies and nothing they can do, just leave the watch to try to fix it again! To sell they have a really good costumer services but to take responsibilities about there defect products they sell they are just perfect on finding excuses “ of course they answer is that never happened before” nothing they can do” just leave the watch and we’ll try to fix it. Serious brand would have gave a new watch under warranty or maybe is not the brand just the store... Really bad experience
