  I had such a fantastic experience and it’s all due to Toni, who helped not just me, but my mom and my sister. She was so nice and helpful with every transaction. Her customer service was excellent!! I will definitely be coming back due to her!! 😊

  I had an absolutely exceptional experience at the Tiffany & Co. in City Center DC. I was searching for a very specific piece of jewelry for a gift that seemed nearly impossible to find, but Dian Jin and the broader team went above and beyond to track down the very last one available. Not only was the team incredibly patient and kind throughout the process, but they also arranged for the piece to be hand-delivered to my home the very next day. This level of personalized service is rare and truly appreciated. Kudos to Dian and the entire City Center team for making this happen. I couldn't be happier!

  I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Tiffany store thanks to an amazing associate Marty. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, joyful, and truly celebrated as I selected my dream piece. He is the spirit of this store! I’m so grateful to have met him, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Tiffany in this city. Truly top-notch service!❤️
