  Emmy was an amazing sales associate and made the entire experience truly enjoyable. The service in the store was outstanding — everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They have everything you could possibly need, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. I can highly recommend this store and especially Emmy for her exceptional help and attention to detail.

  The customer service was horrible. My experience purchasing a necklace after Christmas was completely spoiled by the rude staff—particularly an older woman with Black hair at this location. While I was in the middle of being helped, she abruptly walked over and announced that the employee assisting me had to leave to eat, and told me I should “let her go eat.” This was said in a dismissive and intrusive manner, as if my time as a paying customer didn’t matter at all. The interruption was unnecessary, unprofessional, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. It was extremely rude to handle the situation that way while I was actively making a purchase.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with Miguel.. He was an absolute professional !! He was knowledgeable , courteous and had a great sense of humor. I will definitely be back to Tiffany in Greenwich CT. because of his spectacular customer service.
