We had an incredible experience shopping at Tiffany & Co in Westfarms Mall, and it was all thanks to Tae-im, the sales specialist.
Having visited multiple Tiffany & Co locations between New York and Connecticut, we can confidently say that our interaction with Tae-im was one of the best we’ve ever had.
Her ability to engage and connect, while guiding us through our choices, made our time in the store a delightful experience rather than just a transaction.
I was on a mission to find a birthday gift for a friend, and Tae-im quickly demonstrated her knowledge of the store's collections. She asked insightful questions to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered fantastic suggestions that perfectly matched my friend's style. It was clear she has a deep appreciation for the brand and a keen eye for detail.
What truly stood out was Tae-im's friendly demeanor, which transformed our shopping experience into something truly special. She created a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to discuss our options, and we found ourselves thoroughly enjoying the process. In fact, her exceptional service inspired us to also pick out a beautiful anniversary gift for ourselves, a decision we might not have made without her! :)
Tae-im truly deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. Her dedication to ensuring each customer feels special really sets her apart, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her role. Thanks to her exceptional assistance, I will definitely be returning to this location.
Thank you, Tae-im 🙏🏻

I received a beautiful heart necklace for Christmas, that I absolutely loved. After a few days of wearing it, maybe just over a week it’s started to tarnish extremely bad, turned literally black. I cleaned it with my jewelry cleaner/wipes and it looked brand new. About two days later it was back to black. It was a constant battle that I finally told my Bf and we brought it back to Tiffany, just before the 30days was up. At the store the woman tried to give me a hard time saying it was the cleaner I was using, and that she’s gone over a year wearing hers without cleaning it once… I don’t know if it’s cause I look young or what, but I said ummm, if it never tarnished in the first place I would never have had to clean it. None of my other jewelry tarnishes this quick or dark. She then told me it’s not in resealable condition and can’t take it back… I said what? Your product that was 500+ dollars didn’t make it more than a few days… long story short after going back and forth and she disappearing for a long time only to come out and to have cleaned it and still tried to get me to keep it, she finally accepted it and refunded me. Had she been nicer, and offered to give me a new set of 30days, I would have tried “her cleaning” solution. But she didn’t, she just gave me a hard time, tried to blame me, and honestly no reason expensively priced jewelry tarnishes faster than cheap stuff. Sad you don’t have better customer service or quality.
Love that the store had some of the staple items.

If I'm spending thousands on jewelry, u shouldn't be waiting to pick up
My husband and I went to Tiffany`s at Westfarms Mall yesterday to pick up a necklace I was having resized. We were greeted by a man and a woman asking what they could help us with. I stated my business and was immediately asked for identification. I produced my claim receipt and told her I had received a text message that my item was ready. She ignored me and again asked to see my driver`s license. She looked at it, took my claim receipt and pointed to two seats near the door and said “wait here”. She went in the back, got my necklace and came back to us and the nearest counter to the door, rang up the cost of the repair and said “have a nice day”. This was in direct contrast to the way we were treated when I brought in the necklace to be resized, when we were taken into a room and helped by a very polite young lady. We felt very unwelcome yesterday. It was my intention to shop while I was there and perhaps purchase another piece from this collection, however we did not and will not. This is not the behavior I expect from Tiffany`s staff and never have received at the store in New York City. I will not shop there again and neither will my daughters. Unfortunately Tiffany`s is loosing some long time customers. P.S. I have never been charged for a resizing before either.
