Luxury or not worst, shopping experience of life. In the past I’ve boughten several Tiffany’s products. The last was a bracelet and the clasp broke immediately. Still had the receipt & was told the item had a 30 warranty when I bought it. This location wouldn’t replace it since it’s broken. Had the nerve to try and charge me to fix it. Has been a couple years but I hope you know I tell everyone and anyone not to purchase from Tiffany’s. I feel so bad for any one who gets an engagement ring. The silver will scratch. This company is a joke if you are ever considering buying something, get a fake. It’s better quality I’m sure. Whatever it would have cost you to replace my clasp is nothing compared to how often I tell people not to buy from you. Genuinely hope Tiffany’s goes out of business. Thanks for ruining breakfast at Tiffany’s with your cheaper than Amazon jewelry and even worst costumer service.

The absolute worst customer/client service in the entire jewelry industry. I would save your money and go elsewhere. I would advise everyone refrain from doing any business with Tiffany & Co. As they have given me the absolute worst treatment I’ve ever experienced in my life. It’s an even worse experience being that I’ve been a customer/client for over 12 years.
I ordered a jewelry piece February 2025 (ORDER #121121672) which should have only taken a couple of weeks. They gave me the runaround for 10 months…… and constant excuses as to why they couldn’t give me the jewelry I had already pre-paid/pre-ordered. This includes main customer service continuously ignoring my emails, which I have evidence, where they did not answer my 10+ email complaints.
After calling and emailing nonstop, I finally received a response in October of 2025! I expressed my extreme frustration to the customer service agent. She said someone would get back to me regarding this matter. Without notification ….. they shipped the jewelry item to a random address that is not associated with my account. I clearly told my sales person and the manager to please have the piece of jewelry sent to the Tiffany & Co store due to the high value, and it would be much safer overall.
Now it’s January 2026 almost one year since I placed my order with Tiffany & Co and still have received no jewelry at all. Their customer service promised that they would be sending me another piece of jewelry because they sent my package/jewelry to a random address which had gone missing.
To this day I have not heard from anyone at the Cherry Creek store, not even my own sales person or the manager has reached out to apologize or try figure out the situation. I’m out several thousands of dollars and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
