We are so glad we went to Tiffany & Co to find wedding rings. Keri greeted us and made us feel so welcome right away, like long lost friends. Her wit and easy smile put us at ease as she listened intently and expertly (and patiently) helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We left Tiffany & Co with our rings on, happily holding hands, and gazing into each other’s smiling eyes. Thank you Keri for making the experience amazing for helping us capture this magical forever moment.

Awful customer service. The older gentleman that I spoke with was incredibly condescending and obviously didn’t want to entertain my questions. I was ready to purchase a new ring but walked out immediately after my interaction with this jerk (for lack of a better word). This experience honestly soured my view on the Tiffany brand.
Oh well, visited another store and received excellent service and found a new ring.
Brought my bracelet in for a repair, the first woman who I spoke to was very polite and helpful. However, when I went in to pick up the bracelet, the older man who helped me was very rude and abrupt. I would assume this is because he is not making any money off the transaction. I went ahead and made my next purchase from Tiffany online instead of going into the store and possibly having him as my sales associate

Luxury or not worst, shopping experience of life. In the past I’ve boughten several Tiffany’s products. The last was a bracelet and the clasp broke immediately. Still had the receipt & was told the item had a 30 warranty when I bought it. This location wouldn’t replace it since it’s broken. Had the nerve to try and charge me to fix it. Has been a couple years but I hope you know I tell everyone and anyone not to purchase from Tiffany’s. I feel so bad for any one who gets an engagement ring. The silver will scratch. This company is a joke if you are ever considering buying something, get a fake. It’s better quality I’m sure. Whatever it would have cost you to replace my clasp is nothing compared to how often I tell people not to buy from you. Genuinely hope Tiffany’s goes out of business. Thanks for ruining breakfast at Tiffany’s with your cheaper than Amazon jewelry and even worst costumer service.
