  Came in to originally plan to resize up my wedding band, got fat fingers over covid restrictions. The weight of the ring was already heavy to bear over the last 10 years, like the ball and chain comparable. We made a decision to not resize and get a new ring that's lighter weight. Choices were not many, might check out different brands and styles. Overall visit was excellent. Customer service was attentive and personable.

  Service is good. They will try to subtly upsell, but no pressure. Their salespeople are experienced and courteous, but going in with some idea of what you like/want will make the process much easier. Edit: I should add that we ended up purchasing a beautiful round diamond half-circle wedding band. Fiancée is very happy.
