  I had a super pleasant experience during the two times I stopped by here to look at bags and then pick up an order. Security needs to be improved, but I don’t feel like the super low ratings directed toward them are valid for this store overall. During my first stop, we were stopped by them at the door because the associates inside were busy helping other customers. That’s fine, and I totally get it. This meant that I then get to have an associate dedicated to me as I shop. However, I felt security could have been much more warm and inviting, such as by greeting you first then explaining there’s a wait at the moment, rather than right away holding their hand up to signal for you to stop. I also disliked how they were busy talking with each other, despite seeing us obviously approaching the store. Sebastian was the associate who helped me each time, and he was terrific! Patient as I browsed, and I can tell he was really listening as I asked questions and tried to find what I really want. He helped me to get the bag I wanted in a color not currently available in the store. He also gave me a small gift of mini perfumes, as it was recently my birthday. I was overall very happy shopping here because of all his assistance :)

  Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I went to YSL instead and spent $5k. So your loss Celine. Please change the staff if you do not want to lose business.
