  Had a lovely experience shopping with Rebeccah. She was very knowledgeable about current & historic collections, very personable, had great advice, and even gave our vintage Tiffany pieces a cleaning.

  Average. I returned a gift that I had purchased for someone I had a falling out with. I was within the 30-day window for returns, and I paid cash. When I went to return my purchase, I was told that they could not refund me because I declined to set up a profile with my name, phone number and address when I purchased the jewelry. That store credit was the very best they could do. And the reason given was that because I paid cash, there was no way I could prove I was the true owner of the jewelry. That I could have found the bag with the nicely folded receipt in the street somewhere, and that there was no way they could connect me to being the true person who purchased the jewelry because I declined to set up a profile in their system. This was NOT information I was given when I handed over 14 100 dollar bills. That information is also nowhere to be found on their website or on the printed receipt. I had other forms of payment, but they happily took my cash anyway, already knowing they would get to keep it no matter what. CHA CHING! BUYER BEWARE!

  This is one of the nicest Tiffany's we have seen. A very wide selection, the store is beautifully designed. John helped us showing us items and advising. He was more of our shopping buddy rather than a sales person. The rest of the staff seemed friendly and welcoming. In some location I get the feeling we are judged or rated on our customer "status" the second the greeter opens the door, I didn't get at this location, and that's good. So credit to the management for keep that "everyone is welcome" feeling.
