Booked an engagement ring appointment for 3PM, showed up at 3:05 and was told that the rep (John) was still with another customer. We were brought to our table and were kept waiting for over half an hour. Eventually we had to leave for our next appointment at Harry Winston. When we left, John was still chitchatting with the previous customers, and never even acknowledged us.
Super unprofessional - not sure if this is representative of all Tiffany locations or just the SF ones but def will not be back. The worst service out of all the brands we visited by a long mile.

Used to be a store with good quality and trendy stuff.
Nowadays, they can’t even get the small things right - my wife’s bracelet keeps breaking even after fixes from the store… shameful…

Have been able to exchange a gift with just the name/phone number of the order at THREE other Tiffany’s locations (NY, LA, SLC) and they were happy to do it, but here they are “strictly bound to company policy.” Very stuffy folks working here that are perfect for a stuffy brand like this!
