  My fiancé and I felt very lucky to have Andy as our advisor and he was so patient and helpful. He not only showed us as many as options possible so we could discover what we really want but also tried to give us heritage of each designs and inspiration behind of it. We had a great time and we will cherish this experience! Will definitely comeback here for the wedding band! 💍 💍

  Today I had such a wonderful experience worth sharing. Larry has been helping me for several years, Always so pleasant. Today Larry and Kevin both helped me. I made a phone call a week prior about replacing an item. when I walked in today they both remembered the phone call, treated me, as if they had been expecting me! Made me feel as if I was the most important person in the store. I especially enjoyed the fact that they matched my energy with a few very professional but light hearted laughs. I will specifically ask for them again, the next time I shop, as I think you should absolutely do the same.

Her knowledge of the products, patience, and genuine friendliness made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process, especially when I’m picking special pieces to celebrate unique moments in life. We had been loyal customers of the “C” jewelry brand for many years, but Ying Ying’s outstanding service and personal touch convinced us to make the switch to Tiffany & Co. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made the experience truly enjoyable and memorable.   Went here to fix my necklace that had previously broken twice. As the quality of their jewelry is so poor and subpar in the recent years. I thought this would be a quick trip yet they made me wait around half an hour just to receive some kind of help. Almost everyone that worked there was very unhelpful and not at all welcoming. A worker named Arthur was the only one that seemed willing to help and listen. Ended up wasting about an hour on something that only took a few minutes to fix. Definitely avoid shopping here as their quality has gone down and their staff seem to lack any interest in helping anyone they see as inferior!
