  What a horrible experience at this Tiffany store. We walked in and no one acknowledged us or even greeted us. We waited patiently, only to be repeatedly ignored while other customers were helped before us. I was there hoping to purchase something special for my birthday, but the lack of customer service completely ruined the experience. For a luxury brand like Tiffany, I expected much better. Maybe the staff should go back to the basics of customer service training—acknowledging customers, greeting them, and making them feel welcomed shouldn’t be too much to ask. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.
