  Such a wonderful experience at this Palo Alto location! I stopped by with a friend while shopping, and we were blown away by the amazing customer service and beautiful ambiance. All of the workers were smiling, incredibly kind, and so patient with us while helping us find the perfect pieces. You can tell they genuinely enjoy helping their customers. Thank you for making our visit so special—I will absolutely be returning!

  Had a wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co. Palo Alto. My sales advisor Yuan was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable, especially when it came to diamonds and fine jewelry. I came in without knowing much about diamond grades, and she explained everything clearly in a very practical way. I really appreciated that she never tried to push the most expensive option or recommend anything unnecessary. Instead, she helped me understand what quality level was truly worth it and what differences would not be noticeable in everyday wear. She also has great taste and gave thoughtful suggestions based on my preferences, budget, and what actually looked good on me. The whole experience felt warm, honest, and stress-free. She was also very responsive and responsible with follow-ups. Highly recommend this location, especially if you’re looking for someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

  My experience with Alex was horrible. The way my situation was handled was unprofessional and extremely disappointing, especially for a luxury brand like Tiffany. I expected much better customer service.
