  Sales associates here are so extremely pushy, especially if they hear you speak Mandarin. They’ll automatically send over a Mandarin speaking sales associate and deploy sales tactics on you to try to get you to buy more items. I saw a gorgeous dress on the mannequin displayed and walked into the store, fully intending to try on the dress and maybe even check out some other pieces. A sales associate came up to me right away and started following me around the store, nonstop commenting on how I should try on this and this and saying things like “this is the last one we have in store.” Completely put me off of wanting to try on anything, including the dress that brought me into the store in the first place. All I wanted to do was leave. To this store’s manager, you need to train your employees to stop being so aggressively pushy and let your customers shop in peace!

  It is no wonder this store got so bad review. I was there to return online order and they keep telling me how bad choice it is for me to return and asking me to down size. I just don’t want to! I feel I was forced to do things which makes me super uncomfortable. I have been frequent shopper of this brand, but I only do it online as the store experience is so bad.
