  We’ve been Tiffany’s customers for some time and already own a few pieces, but our recent experience with Grace this past weekend at the Century City location truly stood out. She was incredibly kind, supportive, thoughtful, and genuinely consultative while showing us different bangles and bracelets. We never felt pressured at all - she really took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the entire experience feel personal and special. Although we ultimately decided to go a different direction , Grace’s service left such a lasting impression on us and would honestly be one of the main reasons we return to Tiffany in the future - and will definitely be asking for her Thank you, Grace, for all of your help and for making our experience such a memorable one!

  Yesterday I went in to buy a grad gift for my friend. The sales associate Irina was a wonderful help. Previously I only bought from Tiffany online, but my experience with Irina converted me to an in person shopper from now on.

  I had a great experience at Tiffany & Co. The store felt very luxurious, clean, and well-organized. The staff were friendly and not pushy, which made me feel comfortable browsing as a first-time visitor. I especially liked the calm atmosphere inside — it felt safe and relaxing, almost like a premium lounge. The fragrance section was also impressive, and I ended up purchasing a perfume that smells amazing. Overall, it was a very enjoyable visit, and I would definitely come back again.

  I had a great experience at Tiffany & Co. Century City. Annica was amazing and helped me exchange a bracelet I ordered online and find the perfect one. She was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Annica!
