  Stopped by Valentino at South Coast Plaza with a couple relocating from San Francisco — they were under contract on a Newport Coast home and this was part of their lifestyle tour of the area. The boutique is stunning, with beautifully displayed RTW collections and accessories that feel very true to the brand's Italian heritage. The staff provided exceptionally personalized service. My clients were thoroughly impressed. When I'm helping buyers see what Orange County living truly offers, South Coast Plaza and boutiques like Valentino always make a strong case for the area.

  They have been of great help always. Recommended store for Valentino lovers. They repaired my most favorite shoe and belt in very little time. ❤️ Their staff is amazing!

  I bought my Valentino bag less than 30 days ago. I paid full price. I noticed the bag was 40% off on Valentino’s website and they refuse to honor the discount. Nordstrom’s and Saks also has the bag 40% off and I was told they would honor the sale. I called the manager and she refused to help me. I would love to keep shopping directly at the Valentino store however I can’t if they won’t honor the sale like the department stores would. I’ve told all my family and friends this story and we’re all extremely disappointed with the customer service provided.
