  Can't say enough great things about this location. Abdullah and Thao were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. There’s nothing better than talking shop with people who love watches as much as I do. Purchased my first Vacheron here that will certainly not be the last.

  Visited the Vacheron Constantin boutique at South Coast Plaza with a client who had been collecting fine watches for years and was specifically searching for a Traditionnelle. The boutique experience is exceptional — intimate, quiet, and appropriately serious for what is arguably one of the most storied names in horology. The staff demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the collection and were gracious throughout. As a luxury real estate broker serving coastal Orange County, I work with clients who appreciate this level of craftsmanship, and the Vacheron Constantin boutique at South Coast Plaza delivers an experience worthy of the brand's 270-year heritage. The presentation and the service are both world-class. Strongly recommend to any serious collector in the area.

  I had a phenomenal experience at VC, thanks largely to Irene. This was my first opportunity to see the 222 and Overseas in person, and the experience did not disappoint. Irene was incredibly professional and transparent regarding the timelines for my dream watch. I truly appreciate her honesty and expertise, and I look forward to building a long-standing business relationship with her.
