    I stopped by the store last week with my mom to have our jewelry cleaned. The store is currently under renovation, and the asian girl at the front kindly explained that services are by appointment only, but still managed to fit us in within about 30 minutes. We did find out silver cleanings are now $25 per piece, which was a bit disappointing since they used to be free, but we went ahead. We were helped right away when we came back and our jewelry looked like new. Overall, a smooth experience despite the renovations and kind staff, hopefully we won’t need another cleaning in a while cause it ain’t cheap!

    The Tiffany & Co. at Fashion Island is a landmark destination for luxury buyers throughout Orange County, and for good reason. I've brought clients here on multiple occasions — engagement rings, closing gifts, anniversary pieces — and the experience never wavers from the brand's storied standard. The staff at this location is genuinely excellent: warm, knowledgeable, and appropriately attentive without being overbearing. The blue box still carries real emotional weight for clients marking major life milestones, including significant real estate transactions. Fashion Island's setting enhances the occasion. A world-class boutique in one of OC's most iconic retail destinations.

    I had a deeply disappointing and honestly humiliating experience at Tiffany & Co.. I came into the store concerned that I may have damaged what I believed was an authentic Tiffany bracelet. When I asked for help, I was told that “it was not the same material.” When I asked for clarification, the associate’s tone was demeaning and dismissive. This conversation took place in the front of the store, in earshot of other customers, which made the situation incredibly embarrassing. In that moment, I felt completely devalued and brushed off instead of being treated with the care and discretion you would expect from a luxury brand. A more thoughtful approach—such as speaking with me privately and explaining the situation with sensitivity—would have made a world of difference. I then asked if I could purchase a new bracelet. The associate handed me off to another employee in a very abrupt manner, simply stating that I wanted the heart charm bracelet, without any real effort to assist me further. Thankfully, Luna, the associate who helped me next, was kind, professional, and understanding. She helped turn around an otherwise upsetting experience, and I truly appreciated her level of care. However, my initial interaction with Michelle fell far below the standard I would expect from Tiffany & Co. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should feel embarrassed or spoken down to when seeking help—especially at a brand known for its reputation and service.
