Guy at the door makes ysl store policy on the fly. Something store manager needs to know about. I was in the store and my wife was asked to wait in line as she arrived 2 minutes later. So we walked out as there's a lot to shop in woodbury and see know WHY ysl rating is low
I had a terrible experience with customer service over the phone. I requested a payment via link for a birthday present!!! But it never arrived. To make matters worse, they didn’t even answer the phone when I called back. Whoever the manager for this team is, needs to correct this!

the staff was rude, nobody came up to me and greeted me I had to go to them
There was a wait when I got there, but the line moved quickly. However, once I walked in, there wasn't a very large selection of bags available.

Terrible customer service! When we visited during the rain the security guard required us to leave our umbrella at the front of the store. When we left, we discovered someone had stolen our expensive umbrella right from under the security guard’s nose! The guard basically told us tough luck and did nothing to assist us or try and help. Terrible!!!
