I wanted to share our experience at Tiffany & Co. while shopping for a 40th anniversary ring for my wife.
We had first visited a nearby high-end jewelry store but were not impressed with their selection, so we decided to stop into Tiffany’s. It was our first time there, and we were warmly greeted by the security guard upon arrival. Our sales associate, Noush, introduced herself and took the time to listen carefully to what we were looking for. She guided us to a beautiful selection of rings.
We were immediately drawn to the Tiffany Knot ring because of its unique design and variety of finishes. Throughout our visit, the staff was attentive and even offered us water. Noush was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She gave us the space to make our decision at our own pace.
We told her we wanted to think it over and would return after lunch. She encouraged us to take our time so we’d feel confident in our choice. When we came back, we were again warmly greeted, and Noush escorted us to a private showroom. She offered us champagne and chocolates, which were brought in by another staff member.
After confirming our selection, Noush carefully reviewed sizing and let us know the ring would need to be ordered and sized, which would take a few weeks. To our surprise, it arrived in just 11 days. We returned the following day to pick it up and were once again warmly welcomed and taken to the showroom, complete with champagne and chocolates.
Noush presented the ring, and it was even more beautiful than we expected.
Overall, we highly recommend Tiffany & Co., especially Noush. Every member of the staff—from the security guard to the sales associates—was professional and welcoming. We truly enjoyed the entire experience and look forward to returning for future jewelry purchases.
