I had one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had in a luxury store.
The security guard at this Yves Saint Laurent location behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful way — completely unacceptable for a brand of this level.
His tone, attitude, and lack of professionalism made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment I entered.
I strongly believe that YSL should not tolerate such behavior from staff representing its image. Luxury retail is about respect, hospitality, and service — and this was the exact opposite.
I truly hope management reviews this incident seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure other customers don’t go through the same experience.

I see no sense of the store management, with such cold wind and weather and empty in store(only 2-4 ppl) they still let people wait outside to pretend they r popular brand. 👎🏻poor deal, not recommended
