  I was approached and they knew I visited for resizing of a bracelet...i can be served at the lower lobby and no charge for a resizing...went to lower lobby as directed...an Asian old guy got my personal information including work information...and after a lot of talking...tried the bracelet...he said it's the right size for me...he cant make it longer but make it shorter is ok...he saw how hard to wear it by just yourself...somebody has to help you and it's not for everyday wear ...you end up complaining everytime you tried it on...lock is so small cant hold by just one hand...results unhappy of the gift...you can just keep it to your closet until you have next granddaughter to wear it

  I recently visited the Beverly Hills Tiffany & Co. boutique to have a beloved bracelet repaired. I have owned my Return to Tiffany round tag bracelet for more than 20 years, and after it broke about 10 years ago, it sat unworn in my jewelry box. When I brought it in for repair, the staff explained that it would need to be sent to New York and that the repair would cost $80. During the process, they asked about the round tag charm. I explained that I had lost it years ago and had even hoped to purchase a replacement while I was there. Unfortunately, I was told that Tiffany & Co. no longer sells the individual charms separately. While I was disappointed, I was happy to finally have my bracelet repaired. Today, I received it back and was completely surprised to discover that they had not only repaired the bracelet but had also attached a brand-new charm. This unexpected act of kindness turned what I thought would be a simple repair into a truly memorable experience. After more than 20 years, my bracelet looks complete again, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to the Beverly Hills team and everyone involved in the repair process for your exceptional customer service and attention to detail. It is gestures like this that create lifelong customers.
