Shout out to Maggie! She helped me today with a purchase over the phone. Although it was a small purchase she never made me feel like it wasn’t a priority. Great customer service!!
I recently visited this YSL store to purchase a men’s wallet and belt, with the belt ordered in advance due to sizing availability. When I returned to pick up my items, the initial associate approached me with an assumption that I was there for a consignment pickup. After I clarified that I was retrieving items I had already paid for, the associate became visibly upset and raised her voice. Another employee promptly intervened and handled the interaction professionally and respectfully.
During my initial visit, I was not offered the same level of service or amenities (such as refreshments) that appeared to be extended to other customers, which raised concerns about inconsistent treatment.
Additionally, the wallet proved to be of poor quality and became unusable within approximately 60 days.
Overall, while one staff member demonstrated appropriate customer service, the experience raises concerns regarding both service standards and product quality.
I was downright ignored for over an hour in this store. I also happen to be a woman of color. I could not recommend this place less.
Went to visit before new years day (Dec.29)and after 15 min looking around we noticed that every customer was givin a bottle of water except for us and we never got offered any at any time we were there , we went to exchange a belt and even after being there for a long period of time we still weren't offered and other customers that went in after us they were offered almost immediately. This to us made us feel discriminated or not sure what other way to consider it but we didn't feel welcomed at any time, and reason im writing this is because we went back again on New years day to purchase some boots and ONCE AGAIN NEVER DID WE GET OFFERED water , and all other customers did get a water bottle , you can all pull the video footage and you won't miss who we are since we are the only ones without water both times we visited, so after purchasing these boots and after throughly thinking in the situation we ended up returning these boots but went to a different location since we didnt want to go back to this store on Rodeo dr. And this other store in woodland hills DID offer us a bottle of water after walking in and browsing around , this type of customer service was way better, not sure how many people had experienced this at rodeo dr. And management should be aware in my opinion .
Taylor is soo very good at being great at her job & honestly I love hercustomer service & charm. Saint Laurent stores on rodeo have Great products but also the shopping in store is a special experience when the drinks come out. I just find myself wanting to spend May money here easier than at other stores on the street. LV also has good products depending but I can be fully at check out & almost beg for the drink with purchase. Saint Laurent really charms me in this way & customer service from everyone is strong. They’ll make you really feel like you want to buy something even if just visiting to browse.
