  Danial saved the day! The way the ladies that work at this store acted towards a travel blogger was a bit concerning and rude. But Danial bailed them out, and the store from getting terrible reviews. Danial deserves a promotion!!! If you do any type of shopping here, ask for Danial for help

  Shopping at Saint Laurent on Rodeo Drive was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The boutique is beautifully designed, making it easy to browse while still feeling relaxed and welcoming. The associates were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the collections. They took the time to answer questions, offered helpful suggestions, and never made the experience feel rushed or pressured. The quality and craftsmanship of the pieces speak for themselves, and the level of customer service matches the brand’s reputation. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m shopping in Beverly Hills.

  I had such a pleasant experience on a random Tuesday in the store where Chris and Taylor were very helpful and welcoming. I’m definitely going back to shop there. Thank you for the great customer service.

  Never shipping at this location again, never met a more pushy and rude sales associate than Taylor.
